I want to:
design and implement a structured project management process,
So that:
the team can work efficiently, track their progress, and continuously improve.
Acceptance criteria
- A weekly meeting structure is defined and scheduled
- Team goals and OKRs (or equivalents) are drafted
- A method for assigning and tracking Story Points is defined and documented
- A system for team members to self-report progress is in place.
- Regular progress checks are scheduled (e.g., bi-weekly reviews)
- Retrospectives are integrated into the project rhythm
- KPIs are defined and reviewed regularly
- Trac is used to assign, estimate, and track all tasks
- Documentation is available in the internal Wiki
